Banana Raspberry Bread

Today I wanted to share one of my favorite receipes of all times!!

I have made this banana rasberry bread countless time and it is my go to bread when I want to whip something up quickly! Its soooooooo good and easy to make!

so...here it goes!

1 3/4 Cups all-purpose flour

1 Cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 Cup mashed ripe banana

1/2 Cup vegetable oil

1/3 Cup water

1 Cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a loaf pan. ( If its a small one, you may need two)

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the eggs, bananas, oil, and water.

Stir in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients just until moist.

Fold in the raspberries.

Pour into the pan. ( fill it up to about 2/3 of the way. If you have left over batter, put them in a second loaf pan or greased cupcake pan to bake)

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. (For the cupcakes, I take them out in about 30 minutes. )

Cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy!!

It is so good served hot or super moist the following days!!

If you want a crunch in your bread, feel free to add some chopped nuts into the batter =)

Hope you enjoy and thank you for reading!

xo,

Lisa
