Hi everyone! This past weekend was an exciting weekend for my family and I! My sister's family and my husband and I went to NJ to surprise my mother for her birthday!!! It was a complete surprise and my mom was so in shock!!! We had been planning this surprise for awhile now with my dad and we were all so happy because mom had no clue and she's really hard to surprise because she is pretty sharp about those things. Dad told mom that he was taking her to out to a restaurant for her Birthday on Friday night but when they arrived, we were all there to surprise her :) She was so happy she almost cried!!! ( she teared up) ;)

We had a fantastic weekend up in NJ spending quality family time. We went to NYC on Saturday and watched the broadway show " Jersey Boys" which was amazing and went out to a Michelen star rated restaurant Ai Fiori for dinner ( it was amazing!). Everything was so wonderful and overall nothing beats seeing your parents so happy! We got back last night and are pretty exhausted!

I wore this dress to go walk around NYC and it was so perfect! This dress that I found at Nordstrom rack is so flowy and comfy and perfect for any summer day!!! I love the pom pom details and its my favorite cold shouder dress =) I tried to find it on the rack's website but had no luck so I linked some other cute similar dresses above =) I paired my LWD with my other Nordstrom rack find, these Franco Sarto shoes and I had the perfect outfit for dinner too!!
